I provide a range of personalized fitness options, including in-person personal training encompassing Comprehensive Pilates Training and CoreAlign®, focusing on balance, deep core training, and strength. My expertise extends to clients of all abilities, including those in post-injury or post-surgery recovery (a Physical Therapist release may be required).

Reformer pilates

Virtual strength class

I offer a virtual strength training program designed specifically for active aging adults. This unique program provides a 'live feed' option, enabling participants to join live sessions and save them on a private YouTube channel for their personal workout library. The format is tailored to small group personal training, featuring two days of strength workouts emphasizing functional strength with weights, along with one day of Mat Pilates to ensure a well-rounded and balanced training experience

Indoor cycling

Revitalize your heart and challenge your muscles with our hybrid indoor cycling and Mat Pilates fusion class. Whether you're a newcomer to indoor cycling or simply prefer a shorter time on the bike, this class welcomes you with open arms. Experience the best of both worlds with 30 minutes of cycling, followed by 30 minutes of core-strengthening Mat Pilates. All you need are comfy athletic wear and shoes, along with a water bottle and a sweat towel for a session that suits all fitness levels. I’m here personally to guide you, ensuring every exercise can be tailored to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.
